The Best Is Yet To Come by AraDolls The Best Is Yet To Come by AraDolls
And now to something completely different.
Next to BJDs and two DDs we also have various other stuff and figures in our household, but this is by far the best purchase ever made:
A 1/48 Metal Gear REX made by ThreeA/3A, the famous Metal Gear from Metal Gear Solid in all his shiny (plastic) glory.

I'm so, so, so happy to have him here, standing on my desk and while he's a HUGE pain in the ass to photograph and move I still had to take him outside for a small "Shadow Moses" shooting.
He's bigger than our cat so imagine how much fun it was to carry him through the snow.
Anyway, much love for this fantastic figure ;u;

Here's a picture of someone holding him:

And that's the lasergun compared to the arm of my girlfriend:

He cost rougly 460$ when he was released, but second hand prices skyrocketed for him rather quickly. Nowadays he costs 650$ and more (without shipping). Right now they are working at a Metal Gear Rey in the same scale, and the company (ThreeA/3A) has done other stuff before too.

Seams quite a lot of work has been invested into every toy/sculpture.
